George Veltchev: fake .. but still effective !

SpartanWarrior no bad feelings mate and I really wish you well , but this doesn't change my suspicion . First of all, It is impossible in my view to achieve this depth of field where the tree and the moon are in such an immaculate sharpness achieved at f/8 with 500mm lens .. no way mate .... well ... there is a way of course if the shot was taken from a huge distance and later the image was heavily cropped . If that's the case ... apologies ! However ... the next thing which bothers me, even more, is the clouds behind the moon ... these are heavy thick clouds mate ... the evidence for this is the bright halo which surrounds the moon from its half down and let's assume that around the bright area there are no clouds . Then ... what is happening with the upper part of the moon ?! In any case, the clouds should be located in front of the moon ... Isn't it always like that? ... and if they are ... they should overlap albeit gently the light of the reflected moonlight ...agree ?!

A glorious depth of field at f/1.4 ! I wish that Sigma builds a 200mm f/2 one day ! The Canon equivalent is horribly expensive !

f/8 seems to create almost endless depth of field here. Use the widest aperture available to separate the subject from the messy background and rearrange the composition leaving a bit more space on the left .. give the arrow some 'breathing' space !

lim yau tong: Very impressive. How long does it it take to do the processing? Is the process automated or a lot of mual work?

unbearably boring challenge I must say ! Some brave creativity would make it far more interesting, like changing the contrast, the brightness the white balance, the saturation or the depth of field ... come on folks ! let viewers assess our post processing skills here !
