Interesting, I had the completely opposite experience!
Problems with my Canon printer (now replaced by Epson), Nikon cameras falling apart (still can't believe how bad the rubber is),...

Couldn't agree more. M5 + f/1.8 primes are perfect match. I'd also add 12-45 mm f/4, it's a gem... Optically excellent even wide open, solid construction, weather sealed and it weighs next to nothing.

Given that subject is closer on the #1 photo, Oly did a better job in my view. Keep experimenting!
