My only Q is why ? Perhaps sometime in the future when all the necessary cameras/lenses/etc. are actually on the market and available vs making big show and providing zip. I'm quite content with ...

You are welcome....the guy could explain better than me. It's not v. well known or practiced procedure.

The flash freeze's it. This link may help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HeSJzjhAmOU

Certainly possible. The wake may be subdued, but definitely visible within the shadow. Indeed, after many tries and experimentations, it would be possible to line things up and be ready for the ...

As weird and strange this image is.....it totally agrees with me. It's rather refreshing for DPR. :-D

Perhaps I didn't try enough (w/Z6II), but I tend to leave the 200-500 on the D750. It's still a great lens....although hefty...and after an hour or so, there is monopod handy. Oooops, that's not ...

Haven't used the lens to its full potential, but so far I like better than 24-70 that my friend has. The reach is wonderful and I like the semi-macro function. I take it with my 200-500 and the ...

Don't mind if Sigma or DPR hypes the product....is it better than the Sport version of 150-600 ? I guess time will tell.

Ha, even thinking about getting D7500.

Not sure that I should even respond to what you are saying. You are (to some degree) repeating what I said. Naturally, those that are capable are doing so, those that are not able will retire, ...

Some folks spend over $1500 on a color meter....and ultimately they will tweak the final product/color to their own "view". Highly subjective territory ....and age has zip to do with anything. ...

If you have a chance look up Ronnie Gaubert, who passed over 10yrs ago. He started using D200 with 300/4 + extension tubes....his work was wonderful and inspirational. Yes, he is missed.

Nice kitty and a v. nice set. Bummer, we don't get to see this animal here.

The net is full of folks complaining about AF + tracking, etc. Huh, I shoot in manual and I never came across this issue....if one can call that. :-D

Agree, that doing it yourself is much nicer (satisfaction), but this type of rail can be bought...even with a motor. I've looked up Amazon "linear screw" and many set ups can be had....even 18" ...
