Mine came today. A little buggy. Sometimes it turns the GoPro on at the same time, sometimes it doesn't. Also, it does not turn record on from the grip. You still have to do that on the GoPro itself.

I always laugh when they say it's also geared towards a working pro sports shooter. Yeah a pro sports shooter would use 4/3 when so many great full frame sports camera's!

KW Phua: What? I have been hearing A6300 better then DSLR, but now only can challenge DSLR. Not bad, but need to test on wide open f2.8 on 400mm and focus lock on unpredicted moment.

It's a game changer!

abi170845: Okay, how about battery life? I get over 1000 shots with my dslr. Do you offer radio trigger for flash? Third party TTL flash from phottix etc? Ultra wide lens like the Canon 11mm zoom? How is your after sales service and spare parts? or is this part of BATA (Buy and throw away) product?

I have 5 spare batteries for my a6000 which take up practically no room. I can shoot for 2 days with those.
Plenty of off brand flash options for the camera. Phottix bring out a dedicated flash trigger in April and I've been using the older phottix flash trigger with the Newer brand flash units with great results.

Funny how people like to find problems when the really don't exist!

Sony a7r ii can achieve similar results at a fraction of price.
With most images being web based now, who needs a 100mp!
So silly.

A toy? Some of the best images ever produced have been taken with the Sony a7r ii
Hardly a toy!

It's a shame that drones will pretty much be banned in most airspace by end of 2016!

juvx: My question is where is a7r II review and score. :) its been months i'm sure yall have a good idea of its capabilities by now.

The fact that it lets me shoot the Canon 24-70 f2.8 II on a pro, reliable level makes it a 94% score for me personally. Now it also has uncompressed RAW starting today. The biggest downside are the damn batteries. The Grip is not optional, its mandatory in my book.

Sweet, this thing is waterproof too?

NeilJones: As a "drone" flyer. I have waited along time for this to come out. The 4k video i currently shoot is great from a small camera on my birds but stills have always been a let down. Once I can get this on a decent gimble and flying, i can't wait to see the still image results.

I would personally would prefer them to integrate this into something like is used on the dji phantom 3 and light bridge. That works great right now.

So let me get this correct. Absolutely NOTHING NEW brought to the market with this action cam?

Then what's the point?

Lightbridge alone still costs $1300. Since the phantom3 has this included I would say it's a good deal.

I can tell you right now( after speaking with owners) inspire folks are NOT happy!!
