You might be right, I'll check. I didn't want to lose any of the mountain slopes.

This was taken in the mountains of Taiwan. The b/w was cooked in Capture One. Critiques welcome.

xt4 + 55-200, b/w manually converted in CaptureOne.

You did a great job of showcasing the 4/3rds sensor in the framework of equivalence without evoking that verboten word. The mob is happy.

These were the same arguments peddled by 4/3rds officionados. How did that work out for them? The problem is if the system isn't well-received, it disappears. Sure, your old equipment works for ...

I used the holy trinity ... the 7-14, 14-54, 50-200. I looked at the newer 4/3rds lenses but despite some improvements, they tended to have lower optical rigour ... the excellent 12-60 being a ...

There was some vignetting but not as much as I was led to believe. There is also some softness, but again, some lenses considered good are sold with as much. I think it was more that when 4/3rds ...

These are shots taken in Taiwan's northern mountains. The body is the XT4. I use Capture One to process. The landscapes I typically use base ISO (160) and f11 and thereabouts. Shutter speed is ...

Quality lenses weigh a bit more. One thing I learned when I moved to m4/3rds was I don't like the cheapest smallest lenses possible. I like one 'do-all' lens and then heavier pro level lenses when ...

I lied. I meant the 10-24. I referred to your question about lens weight in the answer to Stephent.

For a while I was using the Zuiko 14-54, 50-200, 7-14, along with a Panny 45-175 for travelling. I recently bought the 14-150 which suits me well for travelling light. Combined with the EM1 it ...
