(unknown member): Sorry guys, two dozen features and only three to select? Why this reduction? A couple of your suggestions are definitely a must (=Number 1) and much more than only 2 are necessary/ nice to have / cool. Some of them again are already abvailable in DSLRs - so hwat do you really like to find out with this poll?
I agree that three is enough selections. What isn't good enough is not having any of my three choices in the list. I always want things that others don't consider!
I could have loaned you a Sony HLV-F32X flash. It was about half the size of that huge Cannon. I liked the flash location, as it put the weight over my right hand. Putting a flash on top of the VF "bump" puts a torque on my hand. As another poster noted, for many years it was considered CORRECT to have the flash on the right side! You kids...
There is a scandal associated w/ the R1 [other than Sony abandoning it]. Not many reviewers noted that Sony REALLY wanted R1 owners to buy a MemoryStick [nobody else was], so they limited the speed of the CF card. It was a big difference. Yes, I bought one MS but I'm bitter that Sony would so something crappy like that.
