@Bobby2Shots, Apologies for the late response. Gitzo did not recommend any specific 2-part epoxy. I just used JB Weld. It holds up rather well. The wobble is gone!

In case if anyone has similar issues. I contacted Gitzo, and they recommended a DIY solution of simply using a 2-part EPOXY to glue the plastic top with the carbon fiber column together. Cheers!
