Just wondering if the Sony FE 28mm f/2.0 would fit the bill for you guys. I use the 28mm on my A6000 and A6300 and love it.

You could look for a Minolta 100mm f/2.8 macro and use a Sony adapter. The Minolta 100mm macro does a nice job. Sorry, but I don't alter (clean) the small flowers. LOL

I feel focus speed on my lens w/A6300 is quick / accurate and smooth (don't normally measure or notice focus speed unless really slow). I was using AF-S + Spot (S) and laying on the ground with ...

OMG, price went up. It is a great lens for macro, short Tele, and beautiful for portrait. Glad I have it.

Thanks for your contribution. As evident with all your beautiful images you folks on the West Coast of Canada definitely have warmer weather (lucky you). I enjoy the detail and colors of your images. ...

Dave, Thanks Yes, the 90mm f/2.8 macro is a winner for me.

Finally a Spring flower has popped up (it's been a long winter). Shot handheld with my A6300 w/90mm f/2.8 macro.

Rick, let's compare, sounds like a plan. This morning it was 30° F, blowing around 30 mph and a white out. I wanted to go out and get a few shots of the GBH in those conditions but did not make it ...

Yes, performance drops but I have learned to work around (not like native AF at all). Although my images are mainly soft because of the distance to subject and cropping (I think the focus is ...

That's what I was guessing. I will watch to see what others may say.

If you find a source for a cable that will function between the "Sony multi port" to Pocket Wizard please post (I would like to get one). This probably doesn't answer your question. I use a Pocket ...

A couple day ago the Great Blue Herons migrated back up north. We have a large rookery which they return to every year. They claimed their old nest and started to add new sticks. The rookery is a ...

Thanks for viewing and comments. Yes, the HVL-F60M flash has a built in white bounce card as shown below. Even though the white card looks small it does a nice job.
