"Fuera Culises Ruin de Oaxaca" (Fuera Ulises Ruiz de Oaxaca)
Ulises Ruiz, Gobernador de Oaxaca, as depicted by critics during the tumultuous summer of 2006 when the annual teachers' strike escalated to near anarchy in the State. "Culises Ruin" is a play on his name, where "Culises" is derived from "culo" (ass hole) and "ruin" (despicable). The APPO, "Asamblea Popular de los Pueblos de Oaxaca" (Popular Assembly of the Peoples of Oaxaca), demanded that he step down. He did not.
