Casting The Net
I was taking some time exposure shots on the other side of this jetty when I noticed some fisherman throwing cast nets from this side so I relocated across to here and, combined with a 15 second exposure, I fired the flash just as they threw the nets. When I loaded the shots into the computer the colours were very bland and I was initially going to delete them but instead converted this one to B&W and then to sepia. The difference was immediate and with a few adjustments I ended up with this image.
