bald eagle
This camera's auto-focus is probably as quick as any another camera's that was released in 2010. I was driving a dirt road and spotted an eagle in a treetop with a catch . I made a quick turn at a corn field entrance, parked the car on the other side of the road, and grabbed the camera from the back seat. Just then a piece of the carcass fell, hit a branch, stalled, and was beginning to fall again when it was spotted by this second eagle. This second eagle left his tree perch to retrieve a meal. You can see another piece of carcass flesh still falling below the eagle. I was amazed how gracefully and quickly this flying big eagle maneuvered the thick bush.
