Just got myself a used Canon 6D Mark II in mint condition and loving it. Trying to pair it with EOS Utility (Windows 10) via WiFi. Gone through all the settings screens on the camera, registered succesfully on my local WiFi network, can see the camera on my router, can ping it by IP from the PC.

But the EOS Utility just won't connect. The menu items are greyed out. I used to have Canon 6D Mark I and it worked like a charm via WiFi, whenever I'd turn on Wifi on the camera the EOS Utility on the PC would pop-up automatically. I cannot retest it now because I sold the 6D Mark I.

If i use the USB cable connection, the camera is recognized immediately. Run out of ideas... What do I do?

Have you tried asking this in the Canon forums?
