Need your help

to fix this picture of my father in law for me so that I can make a big print for my mother in law who just became a widow. Fix it anyway you like. I don't know how to post the picture in the message box. Here is the link to my father in law's picture. Thanks in advance.

do you happen to have a larger version, it will be very hard to get even an 8x10 with that low resolution of a photo.

The EXIF information shows the original image came from a Canon EOS Rebel taken 11/8/2003 do you have the file from the camera???

Need to be bigger size for 8X10 imo. Good rule of thumb for an 8X10 is:

8*254 X 10*254 = 2032px X 2540px
