"May" Contest! yippee!

Great looking picture. Glad to see you've started May with lots of bright color. Good job. Since you have lots of pretty flowers (and showers) over there, please send us more. :)
OK Kodak Friends! How about we post photos of "May Flowers" that
were brought in by "April Showers"??? You can post any photos taken
anytime of any flower, or any kind of shower.......... use your
imagination!

I had to look through my old pictures for flowers. Our weather has been cold. All the spring bulbs were killed with the night time low of 26! So here is one from last summer. I was trying to get the bee. Wish I had close up lens!

AuntyDeb, Love your picture. Color is so vivid. Is it a ginger plant? I had a green thumb when we lived in Hawaii. Anything I put in th ground seemed to grow. Here in Pa., it's a different story. Still having frost. Temp. is 30 this morning.

You're right. I'll have to see what I can do. I'll look for the right opportunity. We have plenty of showers and flowers. I was unable to get another people-in-action shot because our weather has been mostly rainy and cloudy on the weekends. But now, this should be easy....
OK! Now where is your photo! You live in my favorite kind of
country site, so I wanna see lots from you too!

Ok, I went out and bought a flower! My husband thinks I'm nuts. I took his close up lens from his old camera and "taped" two of them to my dc 4800! Only problem, I use the view finder, and everything was off center. Guess I'll have to learn to use the display. Question. When you take a close up indoors, how do you keep the flash from washing out the color? With out the flash it is too dark.
