Help with D200 firmware update

I tried to update the D200 to the latest firmware from Nikon site, I managed to download the file F-D200-V201M.sit.hqx, however , I am stuck here, I cannot extract the A2000201.bin and B2000201.bin, as it keeps telling me that it STUFFIT is not supported.

Any other way to the the A and B file ? please help.

It's completely alright being a pack rat , this is a good example, the legacy/vintage firmware can no longer be accessed using latest system.

I keep everything too as long as I know where to find them when needed. LOL

Stuffit was old macOS software. I was able to unarchive the hqx file using the Unarchiver app. This was a one click operation.
