I have been using the this camera for a long time, however, it is getting old and I am having difficulties connecting the wifi to Mac, and IOS devices.
Strangely there was never a firmware update to this camera.
However, I found firmware updates that address issues with Mac, and IOS.
These firmware updates are for a DMC-TZ40. Everything I read says these cameras are pretty much the same and this firmware update 1.3 would improve my camera.

Before I do this can anyone provide any more info.
Side question, has Panasonic stopped making Lumix Point and Shoot cameras.
I see nothing new for a long time.
