Okay, I have to admit. That's a nice cat photo. Very nice. Oh, well.
Its not 99 cats but it is an example of cat photos that are not repetitive. Unlucky 13 - and a black cat. All is missing is a ladder. This is the only cat photo I have ( out of about 50,000 ). Taken at a taverna in Kioni, Ithaki, Greece.
Sorry... whenever you buy a new camera or lens... the first shot needs to be of a cat... and it has to be uploaded... we're not gonna change thatAccording to CNN, in 2015, there might have been 6.5 billion cat pictures uploaded to the Internet. They didn't specify if this was unique cat photos, and they actually projected this number from earlier data in 2010. If we did the same extrapolation there may be 24 billion cat photos on the Internet right now. So that begs the question, do we ever need to upload another cat photo? Maybe the best thing would be to curate the cat photos that are already online, surely we have covered all our cat bases by now?
Sorry, when I bought my latest lens I had no cats, so first shot was of a creature who is slightly different.Sorry... whenever you buy a new camera or lens... the first shot needs to be of a cat... and it has to be uploaded... we're not gonna change thatAccording to CNN, in 2015, there might have been 6.5 billion cat pictures uploaded to the Internet. So, when I decided to be a photo hobbyist and got my FZ1000, of course my first shots were of my cat. Also had a good looking dog, but the cat was first as I found her (Luna) to be more interesting than the dog...sorry, Dulci.Sorry... whenever you buy a new camera or lens... the first shot needs to be of a cat... and it has to be uploaded... we're not gonna change thatAccording to CNN, in 2015, there might have been 6.5 billion cat pictures uploaded to the Internet. Not all cats are black. One black cat looks like any other to me. While I could see new cat photos being better than older ones, say 99 cats juggling or cats in space - it seems most cat photos are fairly repetitive. My squirrel photos much the same, though i take many trying to get that perfect candid photo. End up with a bunch of blurry ones for the most part.Isn't this kind of like asking do we ever need to upload a nude photo again?
Both types of photos are fascinating to humans.
There can't be enough cat photos! I don't have a cat but I like these animals.According to CNN, in 2015, there might have been 6.5 billion cat pictures uploaded to the Internet. 6.4ltr 485hp - One Big Cat - well it is Sunday (here anyway) :-DThe same could be said of almost any subject. Take National Parks, for example. Guess How many pictures of Arches or Zion or Yosemite there are on the web? Why should any of us ever take or post one again?
The answer is that none of those other pictures are the one that I took. The one I took matters to me. Just like with a cat photos. The cat and the photos mean something to the person who took the photo.
I'll see your Big Cat with a little one that can go through more snow.6.4ltr 485hp - One Big Cat - well it is Sunday (here anyway) :-DThe same could be said of almost any subject. We should do the same for photos of kids, birds, dogs and landscapes in that order.According to CNN, in 2015, there might have been 6.5 billion cat pictures uploaded to the Internet. There is nothing on this earth that hasn't been photographed better by someone else already. Maybe we should all just throw our cameras in the trash. We should do the same for photos of kids, birds, dogs and landscapes in that order.According to CNN, in 2015, there might have been 6.5 billion cat pictures uploaded to the Internet. I beg to differ. Assuming you could spend 10 hours of your day looking at cat photos, and spent one seconds per photo (say on a auto slide show) we are taking about 36,000 photos a day or for the fist billion at about 7.6 years to watch the first billion and for 10 billion 76 years to watch. And by that time even more cat photos will have been produced. There can't be enough cat photos!
