So, with my new Gigabyte RTX 4060 LP successfully installed (in HP TE01-1020) and everything looking good (Asus PA278QV), but I'm still in the learning phase about how to handle such an install. Among my other questions, I have no experience on how to adjust the Nvidia settings. I don't even know if I should fool with it as I calibrate my monitor with the Monki i1Display Studio...but maybe I need to set somethings in Nvidia to accommodate the calibration? Thanks.

I never adjust the GPU card through the Nvidia settings. I do all settings through the OS (Windows, in my case). I'm a photographer, so I also have a Datacolor Spyder to do precise calibration.
Your gonna want to change from limited to full though. Thats the only thing to be touching color wise in the nvidia control panel
Do you mean change the Color Adjustments under Video from 50% to 100%?
No

I mean do this.

Looks like that option is not available in my case.

When you calibrate the monitor use one of the 2 custom/user-profiles .Your settings for the calibtation will be saved here.

In the Nvidia-setting you only must change the Output dynamic range to full, and because your panel have 8 bit, there is nothing else to change.

here my settings (i know it is german ,

A 4060 is spec'd to support 4 monitors.

You'd have to sort that out among the 3 DP and one HDMI ports.
Actually, the 4060 LP has only 2 DP and 2HDMI ports and I'm presently using one of the HDMI as that's the present cable coming out of my monitor. BTW, in another post, I am asking if changing to a DP cable, would it make any real difference?
I referred to the standard model.

Third party vendors are allowed to change things up.

I don't do video, but I guess (as several have recommended) it wouldn't hurt to change from Limited to Full? But, at the moment this seems impossible as the field has a grayed out Limited, and can't be accessed.
