Hi...

Why when i load a folder i cant preview the photos i have inside the folder....there just appear a gray square...
somebody with the same problem?

Can you see the thumbnails, but not the preview pane?

That is the problem I had when I first used Bridge CS3. Here is my post about the solution to my problem:

Lynn ... i tried your way and it doesnt work

i have a folder with 700 images... when i open the folder with bridge only load 60 thumbnails... and the other ones only a gray square...... all the files are pdf and eps

I don't know the answer to your problem.

I found the answer to my problem by searching in the Adobe forums. Perhaps your answer is there also.

Your problem is likely your cache is corrupted in Bridge. There is a key combo to press when Bridge first starts. (I can't remember or I would post.) When you press this combo, Bridge will ask do you want clear the "Master Cache", if you answer yes your problem will be solved. I made a very quick call to Adobe's tech support (free) and was off and running. I now love Bridge CS3 and great tech support.
