This seems odd to me, but maybe it is me.
When you have all customs set to use Auto-ISO 1...
You are using C1 and you change the Auto-ISO to the 2nd option you have set...
If you then change the Q menu to change to C2, that Auto-ISO is set to the 1st one...
If you set that to the 2nd one, then go back to C1, it is still the 2nd Auto-ISO, which makes sense.
But if you then flip back to C2, it is still set to the 2nd Auto-ISO...
So, is there a way to have Auto-ISO set across the board, to where just changing the Custom doesn't change the Auto-ISO setting? I didn't think the Auto-ISO could be "set" in a Q setting, but maybe it kind of is...?
