first picture of landscape, re-post

hello, as I wrote before I am a new owner of DCS717 camera which I bought after an immediete failure of my fuji s602. I was received here warmly but anyway, I am trying to take pics of landscapes.. this is my first picture ever taken with intention of taking a piece of landscape.

Fuji didn't serve me right, it broke a week after I bought it so I didn't have chance to take it on location.

This picture was taken at my friend's place. It is, I would say a rural part of our town, where people have their gardens and private houses. I visit him every other day because he has his own GYM where I use to excercise.

I was lurking for the sky and this view for about 2 months now.. and look what I cought today in the morning... please comment

Nice shot! Excellent colors of a beautifull sky and green pasture. Isn't it great when a shot you've been looking for finally appears........

beautiful colors on both pics,

humber, did you use any wide angle or some such lens on your shot ? it kinda looks like you did. either that or some partial pano
in any case, lovely image.

i was vacationing at a PA state park last week, and the weather was absolutely awesome, clear blue skys with a couple of clouds and greenery everywhere, too bad my a*%ole friend didnt stop while driving around !
well mebbe next time i'll be driving

NO, P wired money for raynox dcr6600 yesterday but this shot was taken on bare camera... only ND 4x filter held at the front of the lens (because I bought it for my raynox 72 mm)

humber, did you use any wide angle or some such lens on your shot ?
