Goodbye

Just wanted to say a good fond farewell to the community here. I've been active from around 2005-2015 with photography largely thanks to this particular forum here. I've been a moderator here for a while, met people, went on photography jaunts and had a lot of fun!

I want to thank the DPR crew as well for making all this possible for 25 years, the website, resources, the forums all seen lots of development and improvements over the years.

Many of the regulars are now long gone but still, this is where it all began for me and thought it somehow appropriate to let it end this way.

So thank you all and farewell! May the light be with you, always

I've had a digital Rebel in my kit since the very first one and every day since (until a couple of weeks ago). I've never posted here very much, but I've been a regular reader for years. This has been one of my favorite DPReview forums because gear snobbery just doesn't work in a Rebel forum.

Thanks to all of you who have provided so much information and entertainment over the years. I might miss this forum most of all.

This is my last Rebel. I have used this camera heavily and loved it muchly. Never actually used this lens, but wow I sure love this camera.  And the last (keeper) photo I took with my last Rebel.
