I took this picture from canon eos rp in photography P mode  as you see its shaking and quite blurry  even I don’t shake my hand while capture? What might be the reason?

There was subject movement during the 1/5th of a second that the shutter was open.

You might try raising the ISO from 100 so P mode can allow for a faster shutter speed. 1/5s will work great for shooting things that don't move

My opinions are my own and not those of DPR or its administration. They carry no 'special' value (except to me and Lacie of course)

Read up on photography  basics and the exposure triangle.

The person in the photo was moving their hand and the shutter speed was too slow so it shows up as motion blur.   This is user error, not a camera problem.
