Would be nice if you included a paragraph about your thought on the video.

Well, seems like most won’t and don’t. What made it interesting? What did they conclude? I completely agree … posting a link to some interesting video is the last thing that will help promote it. Cheers to the OP. And glad you liked it.

I’m with others, if you’re just going to post a link without any context or explanation who it is etc, I’m not going to click on it and I’m just going to assume it’s either your video or you’re paid to promote it.

There are some YouTubers I cannot bear and will not give a single click by choice, so no way am I clicking something blind and landing up on their page.

Thanks for that, very interesting.

Ignore those complaining that you should have sat down and written a spoon fed summary for them. I got that comment too recently when I posted a video.

A summary as part of the post would have been nice.

Fuji likes 3rd party lenses.  Fuji is working on the X Pro 4 and it will be done when it is done.  Fuji is thrilled with X-T5 sales and didn't seem as enthusiastic with H2 / H2s sales.

For me the most interesting tid bit was that the average fuji shooter has 2.5 lenses.  I guess my collection of 6 is a bit over that.

I have watched the video and you pick out the same nuggets that I would have. I think your summary is accurate. However others might interpret it differently.
I did consider, but decided not to do as you did and provide a text summary for people who were not inclined to click the link. For me the video speaks for itself, is less than 10 minutes long, and I have no problem with the OP presenting it as they did 😉

Am not surprised that you, me*, and the majority of people on this forum will significantly exceed the average number of lenses indicated 😁
* aware of the dubious grammar above. I know some people here can be vexed on such matters

Seemed more like a video about the "state of Booray's social media 2023" and other "content" to consume that'll profit him with a little bit of Fuji thrown in to catch unwary clicks.  I don't expect he'll get as many "comments below from X-Pro4 shooters" as he's apparently hoping for...

Well, I suspect that a survey here might raise that number, I'm guilty.  Perhaps Fuji should offer anyone with lenses over the global average shares to incentivise us to buy more - not that I need much encouragement!

Well, count me among those that agree with those comments, which IMHO are spot on both in this case and concerning your previous video post. It's simple enough (and really a small courtesy) to provide a least a bit of information so people have some idea what to expect. So, my advice would be dead opposite to yours, and it's my opinion that providing a bit more information is not too much to ask for anyone who goes to the trouble to share a video link. Absent that, I usually move on and don't bother.

I can’t stand that from YouTubers.  They pretend they get a fact wrong or just purposely say the wrong thing just to get viewers to comment to raise engagement.  Very manipulative behavior.

Gawd - I hadn't even considered the possibility that it was intentional.

I totally agree

I refuse to believe to click on YouTube links without knowing who posted the video.  There's way too many click baiters out there for whom I have no interest in adding to their click count.

OTOH, there are a number of posters whose opinion I trust and would like to hear.  I won't list the sheep and the goats.

What makes you think it was interesting? The part where he says Fuji has a lot of back-orders for the X-T5, or the part where he said Fuji cameras have the worst auto-focus in the industry (which I think is probably wrong, because apparently Sigma cameras have worse auto-focus than Panasonic cameras, and Panasonic has a pretty bad reputation, when it comes to the performance of their auto-focus . . . so bad, in fact, that they recently introduced two new versions of their S5, which have PDAF, which is a feature they always said was not necessary, and they never put it into any of their m4/3 cameras), or was it something else in that video that interests you?

Some people just don't want to waste their time watching yet another YouTube video, and helping yet another YouTuber, who may or may not be a person they'd like to see succeed.

I watched the video, and I thought the guy seems a bit like someone who likes to see himself on video. I think the video would have been a lot better if he had thrown in some photos and video clips of the Fuji cameras, as he talked about them. I'm fairly familiar with the various models, and I still would have liked to see the exact models, as a refresher.

My apologies to folks.  I should have summarized my thoughts along with my initial posting.  I will of course learn from my mistake and include more information should I ever post a link to another video.
