Anyone know the outer diameter of a Cokin S (formerly A) ring?

I know that the M (formerly P) is 84.20mm (based on an average of the measurements of five samples), but I don't have any S (formerly A) rings to measure, and I'm trying to decide if it will fit a project of mine.

Oh, and in case you've been burning with curiosity, yes, the Cokin M ring is interchangeable with the Godox/Flashpoint rings for their MF-12 macro strobes (the MF-12 ring is 83.9mm, but the 84.2mm Cokin rings seem to fit just fine).

The term "mirrorless" is totally obsolete. It's time we call out EVIL for what it is. (Or, if you can't handle "Electronic Viewfinder Interchangeable Lens" then Frenchify it and call it "LIVE" for "Lens Interchangeable, Viewfinder Electronic" or "Viseur électronique").

p.s. Guess what's on the menu today?

Freshly steamed

Thought you'd appreciate this. Just steamed it, and I've got garlic butter to dip the petals in.

It was. Next time, Italian stuffed artichokes

It was.

Next time, I'm going to pull out all the stops stuff them. I've had this recipe for around 30 years. You mix up breadcrumbs, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest and a bit of olive oil (or butter, if your body isn't as troublesome as mine), Trim up the artichoke as usual, core it if you can (I've never mastered that in 30+ years of artichoke love) but then pull the leaves outward until you can pack stuffing between each row. Steam as usual, then top with more stuffing and cheese and bake. Takes forever, but stuffing sticks to every leaf and it's just incredible.

Edit:

I found a suitable recipe, on Food Network of all places:

https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/jeff-mauro/italian-stuffed-artichokes-6551754

They get a little lazy and sort of combine the steaming and baking.

That's pretty much the way my wife was taught to stuff them by her mom. Definitely good eats!

Well, if she'd like to share any tips for digging the "soft choke" out before stuffing them, I'm all ears.
