R7 switching shutter modes?

Does anyone know of a way to switch between shutter modes on a button?  The best I have come up with is put the selection in my menu and assign menu to a button.

I have silent shooting assigned to a button. That allows me to switch between two shutter modes with one button press. That’s enough for me, because I only ever use e-shutter and EFCS. It does mean I don’t have any shutter noise in e-shutter, but that’s fine by me. I can see the e-shutter working.

This is exactly what I do. I have my ISO button set to switch between silent/non-silent shooting. I also have my movie record button (right next to it) to switch fps. That way I can get around shutter shock in EFCS mode at 15fps with most of my lenses.

Thanks so silent shooting is the trick I’m missing.  Will set it up that way.
