More from the griddle
3

Everything cooked on my griddle in the last month.

A double smash burger (wagu beef, brioche bun, aged cheddar), root veg, and salmon with bok choy and ginger and garlic, Hashbrown, eggs and sausages.

Does anything look tasty?

I didn't see anything I wouldn't want to eat.  Most of it looks good.

Thanks, it was some tasty stuff from one foodie to another.  The griddle is also lots of fun.

I know, because for decades I have been frequenting mountain tourism clubs and associations, and the most appreciated camping activities in the mountains are the campfire and the preparation of food over a wood fire (which ensures a specific taste).

Everything is better over fire or on a stick.
