I've seen a group of them often.  They hunt somewhat alone, but there can be other birds nearby.  I notice that, when one flies off, and then other birds that I didn't see join the one and fly into the trees.  Why did you use a paper tube?

Just poking around.

Sometimes, I like the look of looking down a long tunnel.

Once, I was using an old FD to EF adapter and a lens hood and I accidentally produced a really nice tunnel-vision picture.

All I had at the time was old leftover FD lenses.

Those were the days. I produced some really horrible pictures
