Quick look at dealing with Green Purple Blotches
2

The blotches are probably the thing that annoyed me most when I started to use this camera.

Weirdly I don't seem to have as much of a problem now with them and looking through my last couple sets they aren't as prominent.
But I did notice a few in an image and thought I'd share my lazy approach to dealing with them.

The blotches on the street are kind of annoying

Quick mask of the area in a new layer

Using either the HSL editor, color balance editor, or Color Editor adjust the area to give a more even tone and reduce the appearance of the color. Adjust to taste

Less annoying blotches

Less distracting result

And this is of course not the best or only solution. But it's been the fastest way for me to reduce blotches when they bother me

Nice.

What Application?

What Layer mixing Mode and Opacity?

I would set the paint brush to Color mode, alt-click on a Good place to set the colour, and paint over the bad area.

Setting the opacity of the brush to, perhaps, 20% allows you to build up the correction slowly.

I presume you're using a recent version of SPP, but just in case you're not, I believe Sigma did improve the way the color noise tool handles those blotches, at least with Quattro raw files anyway.

Looks like mis-coloration to me rather than the classic Foveon blotching - possibly due to the lighting.

Here's the pavement selection histogram expanded in Levels and then the Chroma increased to bring out the hues:
