R8 fps with older lenses?

When using older models of EF lenses, some of Canons full-frame mirrorless cameras (R5, R6, etc.) give the full fps with the electronic shutter, but reduced fps with the mechanical and EFC shutter modes. With their APS-C cameras like the R7 and R10, they give the full fps with the mechanical and EFC shutter, but  reduced fps with the electronic shutter. Has anyone heard if the fps rate on the R8 is affected by using older EF lenses? It's frame rate with EFC shutter is only 6 fps anyway, so I'm wondering if it would be affected by using older EF lenses.
