G7X Mark III - printed photographs and printers display blue tint

Hi all,

In using the Mark III in a variety of outdoor settings and reviewing images on the camera on computer screen the color balance is displayed accurately. However, when sent to a regular same-day photo printer (ex. CVS) the photographs all have a blue ting. Similarly, when sent to my color printer - same issue.
Has anyone experienced this and have they resolved the issue? Typically, I use the camera in auto with only minor compression, not raw.

Thanks!

Have you done a color calibration to your monitor?

The article "How to Color Calibrate Your Monitor to Your Printer" HERE may be of help.

May want to post your question in the DPR "Printers and Printing" forum HERE.

If it shows correctly on your screen, and if your screen is accurate, then I would think it is a printer problem.  I'd be interested to hear what you find as since I just got a new G7Xiii.  Good luck!
