Problem wiht last X-T3 FWs

Since few of the last X-T3 upgrades I can not download the images over USB. I am Linux (KDE) user, but keep and s Windows 7 installation for Raw Edit Fujifilm software.

In both OSs I can not reach the images on any of my cards.

Anyone with same experience who solved the problem?

Regards!

PS - usually the file manager shows the camera, but not the images. I got IO error or message lie - folder is empty. On Linux I see both SDs, on Windows only single external, empty storage.

I assume you have already checked the connection mode in camera settings menu.

Can you see the images using a card reader?

My settings are correct - card reader, and yes I use card reader now. It was so easy just to connect the camera with a cable.

OK, it may be coincidence, but after I tried with few different cables finally I connected the camera.

My next idea would have been “try a different cable/USB port” 😀😀😀

I tried with two Baseus cables - red and black (must be same except the color), and a JBL cable. Looks like only the red Baseus works fine.
