Canon feature request: More control of the AF point(s)

At the moment you can control (move) the AF point(s) using the main dial, quick control dials and the multi controller. To change between multiple faces (tracking) works only via multi controller. I find multi controller awkward. I wish you could change between the faces via the main control dial as well. This shouldn't be too difficult to enable in the firmware update? I was also dreaming I could move the AF point(s) horizontally and vertically using the lens / adapter control ring and the main dial, because usually your left hand has nothing else to do, but to hold the camera while the right hand is working hard dialing and pressing buttons. I do fast documentary photography, where I scroll the AF point(s) about all the time. So in a nutshell:
1.) Change faces in tracking mode via the main dial also
2.) Move the AF point(s) via the lens control ring also
I just purchased R5c after an old 1Dc. Canon can you hear me?

Maybe try an R3? The AF-On/Multi-controller and a choice of AF Area with Subject Detection enabled makes this easy! Video is pretty good too, though no 8K.
