Holster / Clip for Flash + Diffuser

I have the following kit which I use for dual purposes:

  1. Bird Photography: Using E-M1 Mark II + Zuiko 100-400mm
  2. Macro Photography: E-M1 Mark II with 60mm Macro + Godox V860 II + Diffuser

The issue is that I have only 1 camera body. Until now, I have been devoting time to the only genre at a time. And I do not have money to invest in another camera body now. I plan to do that end of this year, with an OM-1.

If I am out for a macro shoot, I leave the Oly 100-400mm behind. Or if it is far away from my home, I keep the telephoto in my camera bag. If I go for bird photography, the macro setup is set aside. If the macro setup is in the bag, the diffuser is flattened and put in the bigger sleeve.

It is always an unsatisfying feeling when I see a macro subject close, but I have 100-400 on my camera, or vice-versa. It takes time to assemble the diffuser or change to 100-400. Even if I change to telephone, where do I keep the flash an diffuser without dis-assembling?

So the question is... Is there a way that I can quickly switch between the setups?

Is there any clip / holster that I can use to hang this setup on my backpack strap (like this ulanzi backpack clip ) or on my waistbelt? Some that has a hot shoe holder?
Actually, a waistbelt clip can be an issue sometimes, as I occasionally wear pajamas only.

For 100-400, I know there are solutions available. I can even put it quickly into my backpack, when not needed.

Much simpler: an elastic bungee luggage cord or wide rubber band to fasten the flash body.

FWIW: I even shot macro (mostly insects) with the 100-400, without a flash.

That's what I already fashioned :-).  I was trying to find If there is a solid metal item to give better support. Otherwise, I have to go to my hometown and use my father's vertical milling to fashion a new one for myself from a solid piece of brass or steel

I used to have the PL 100-400, which was not very good at that. Before buying the macro lens, I used the Pana a lot with 16mm Kenko extension tube. But the bare lens was never good for me as a macro lens. I just replaced it with the Olympus version yesterday. I would try that as a pseudo-macro lens.
