Is it just me?

Or do the examples in that article put other people off reading marketing emails? Sez me, using the article's recommended techniques.

I clicked on this thread because vague bad subject lines make me crazy. Like:

Help!

What Should I Buy

Is This Any Good?

Which is Better?

Please people, put at least a little detail in your Subject Lines so everyone can decide if they have any interest or not. I specifically skip vague Subject Lines because then invariably the questions are:

I like photography. Is [insert camera model here] any good?

I have a camera. I want a lens. Which lens should I buy?

I like to take pictures. Should I buy an APS-C or a Full Frame?

I want to take pictures. Should I buy [insert camera model here] or should I wait for [some other future camera model; release date unknown]?

Sigh. rant over. I need to look out my front door now to see if I have to yell at any kids to get off my lawn.
