IBIS causing diagonal blur? (R3 w/ RF)

Hi!
Today I noticed some blur on shots with longer exposures. I could not get them sharp somehow. Reason to take a further look at home.
For some reason it looks like the IBIS is moving during a shot. As you can see in the attached images there always is a blur (where without stabilisation I get more sharp shots). Another interesting thing is that the blur has always the same direction and length (depending on the schutter speed, longer shutter speed gives a longer blur)
It seems to only happen with my RF lenses (all of them). and only with the R3.
EF lenses and the same lenses on the R5 work fine.

I also do not think it is in the software, I looked back some photos from a couple of days ago and could not see any of this blur..

Could it be that there is something wrong in the communication between the lens and camera?
Does anyone have suggestions to test out?
Is there anyone who has had this problem before?

I hope someone can help.
Ofcourse I am also contacting canon tomorrow, but a sooner fix is always better.

Re: IBIS verursacht diagonale Unschärfe? (R3 mit RF)

That looks really funny. It would be interesting to see with which values (EXIF data) the pictures were taken.
I also took pictures today in the evening with the R3 and the 14-35 F4 - I have it for testing - and could not find anything unusual with long exposure times, handheld.
Sorry.
O.T. The RF 14-35 lens is really a surprise for me, quite a sharp one and with corrections ON, usable.

Re: IBIS causing diagonal blur? (R3 w/ RF)

This morning I tested it once again. Seems completely gone. It disappeared..
Yes I am happy with that, but I still would like to know how this happend.

I have two guesses what it could have been.

1: A misconnection between the stabilised RF lens and body. Are there in the new RF mount extra pins which are for RF stabilised lenses?

I found this online for the EF mount, but could not find this for the RF mount:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canon_EF_lens_mount#Communication_protocol

2: Something in the IBIS itself.

Testing again soon if the problem stays away..

And I see the EFIX are missing indeed. All are taken at a shutter of 1/6th

(iso 100, f/11, @200mm).
