EF 500mm f4.5L focus tuning on R5/R7

I had my very old EF500mm f4.5L, it focuses with my 1dx2 perfectly, but need a +15 on AFMA on my 90D.

Now, the same offset needed with my R5/R7, unfortunately they don't have AFMA anymore.

I saw in the manual of the lens there is a possibility to replace different jumpers to alter the focus to far or near a bit. Are there any experts had done that? Is that not too difficult? Or we can have any tricks to correct it.

Now when I focus in 30ft distance it offset behind 1in, where for 300ft, it offset at least 1ft behind my target.

Thanks!

Jack

My coworker did with 50/1.8, but I don't think it will help with your R5 or R7.
