No X-T5 option on Camera remote App?

Hi, apologies for a possible noob question. On the connection setup when one first opens the app there is no option for selecting X-T5

Am i missing something? Could someone point me in the right direction?

I've checked (I'm on an iphone) and the newest cameras are all there.

It looks like you're on Android so might pay to check in the play store and possibly uninstall and reinstall the app and ensure you allow it to have the permissions it prompts for.

I just added my X-T5 on android, maybe check manually if there is an update you're missing.

Definitely on my iPhone app.

Hi, thanks for the replies. I've uninstalled and reinstalled again. Repeatedly. Also used the QR code on my camera to arrive at the link and tried againI

It's also definitely the latest Apk for the app.

Still no X-T5 option.

Finally selected X-t4 and the camera connected. Not being able to update the firmware because maybe it's looking up the X-T4 (?) (There is a new firmware update for the X-t5)

I'm on Firmware Ver 1.00 and an update exists (Ver 1.01)

I'm on Android. Could i request someone let me know the app version?

I'll cross check with mine.

Bit if a reach and probably a dumb question but I'm stumped so here goes...I'm in India does that make a difference as to which apk is available to me on the app Store??

I'll be trying an apk download of the app from an external source other than the Play Store. Hopefully that helps.

Fingers crossed.

Else I'll just continue as is (via connecting by choosing X-t4) and do my firmware upgrades manually as needed

are you sure you are selecting "cameras with interchangeable lens" and scrolling down?

I'm truly baffled. This is just so strange.

Have written to Fujifilm. Let's see what the have to say..

I'm also having this problem:

Using a Samsung S22 Ultra, android 13
Version 4.6.1(Build:4.6.1.2)
Eventually the X-T5, X-TH2s and X-H2 appeared.
Here was the process to unlock it.
Uninstalled the app, several times.
Rebooted between installs.
Cleared cache before and after each install.
And after the 3rd install, after backing out and back into the app they showed up as options. 
*Throws hands up in the air* There was absolutely no reason why it suddenly worked.
If this app functioned at all well I would recommend Fujifilm to more people. But most the people I know need workflow to go through their phones. I don't want to bring a laptop everywhere when I have a perfectly good phone. What's the point of being low weight if you have to bring other equipment?!
