Any gotchas when moving from EOS R to R5?

I am half-giddy and half-ashamed to report that I succumbed to GAS over the holidays and got an R5. Look, it wasn't my fault--Canon had a fabulous deal on a refurb unit that made it barely more expensive than a new R6 II. Really!

I'm already shooting with it, but I'm far from feeling fully confident with it, especially since this is my first time ever with a 5-series body. (On my first outing, I nearly panicked when I realized I didn't know how to reset the Fv mode to all-auto. It never occurred to me to try the correct answer--the trash button--because that wasn't what it was mapped to on the R!)

For those of you who have made the same transition, can you advise me on any differences between the two that tripped you up at first?

You gotcha a much better camera!

Larger files eat up memory more quickly, but other than that, is is a much more capable camera with no real compromises... enjoy

In the future you would be better posting in the Canon R camera forum.  Multiple posts are not a good idea
