Fuji Repair - Photo Tech

Just want to give a shout out to photo tech repair in NYC.  They’re an authorized Fuji repair center.  Command dial on my Xe2s was no longer working.  I called and they gave me an off the cuff estimate of $150 to $350, depending if only the dial needed replacement or the entire top of the camera.  They also said that they don’t recommend repairing if the repair cost is greater than 50% value of the camera.  I sent it to them on a Saturday, they emailed me an estimate of $179 the following Wednesday (which included shipping), I authorized the repair, and had the camera back a little over a week later.  All of two weeks.  And the staff on the phone were extremely helpful and pleasant, too boot……. Hope this is helpful for anyone that needs a repair.

I predict it will be WAY over half the value of the camera.  I just had to give up on fixing my X-T2 when confronted with that math strategy.

It does look kinda badass now though...
