M100 IS on/off in menu?

Just bought the 50-200 lens which has IS. There's no IS on/off switch on the lens but apparently there's a menu item for it.

But I can't find that menu item on my M100.

Does this mean my lens IS is permanently on or permanently off?

Go to camera icon, page 4 and the 2nd entry is for IS.

You'll find "continous" and "off", set it to continous and confirm.
