I just received both adapters and happy to confirm that both filters, the VND and CPL are interchangeable with their R adapter. Both made for Full Frame.
So buying this Adapter with the CPL after the 70% coupon was cheaper than buying the filter itself !
Now I can use both filters in both mounts, R & M.

Both adapters have weather sealing gaskets on the body side and the fit is tight, but the weak link is the filters since these doesn't seem to be sealed but they sit firm in place, with one filter, the CPL having a tiny micro play.
I' haven't done a proper image test yet to examine the filter quality but it looks good so far, no issues.

Great value, recommended.

I just bit on this deal, luckily it's still going on. Tonight I realized I wanted to use more than one EF lens at a time on several bodies, and only had one adapter! Why not get the second one with the variable ND filter which looks quite useful.

Is this adapter working well for you, if you've had a chance to use it? I got the Siggy 150-600 C lens and I'm NOT about to duplicate filters in the expensive 95mm size for that lens.... but there are a few I'd like to use.

Any chance that any size of standard filters (mounted or unmounted) might possibly be DIY'ed to work with this adapter somehow?

I got the adapter, and it works fine. It's a bit wider than the Canon adapter and partly covers the lens release button, but the button is still usable. it feels lighter than the Canon adapter

I had ordered the variable ND filter version of the adapter. The internal removable ND filter is really two polarizing filters, one of which rotates using the dial on the adapter. One thin polarizer is removable by unscrewing a retaining ring --- the other I could not figure out how to remove, so I just broke it and removed it.

Turns out my Tiffen 49mm hot mirror filter's glass *just* fits into the place the polarizer was, but since it is thicker the retaining ring won't go back in.  A few tiny pieces of scotch tape will hold it in.

So I am able to use the adapter with the glass from the hotmirror filter I got for $10, instead of buying a $200 large hotmirror filter. My Series VII Tiffen 47 blue filter also fits loosely in the adapter, if I don't put the filter holder in --- but I can hold my finger over the opening and take images. The Series VII filter completely covers the opening in the adapter and the whole frame.  Unfotunately none of my 55mm filters fits in the adapter's slot though, they're too thick.
