Canon G5x II goes to see Neil deGrasse Tyson

Did quite well in a low light situation (one of them used digital zoom to get more accurate exposure).

He apparently does it in all of his talks.
Channeling his Mr. Rogers?
Someone asked him in a video I saw and he said it was because he was on stage like a dancer and doesn't feel right to wear shoes. Can't find the video anymore...

I find a slightly higher incidence of behaviour just off the norm when dealing with people of higher education. My prof would shuffle the halls in his sandals even in winter. Later, a PhD would work for me did much the same, being in sandals in the office and sock foot in the cube.
