Light, travel-friendly portrait lens for R5c?

I'm traveling to another city for a 1-day workshop and a friend has asked me to take some portraits in the evening, which I happily said yes to before realizing that my 1.65kg Sigma 135mm (+110g adapter) would blow through my carry-on weight limits.

I also own the RF 35mm f1.8 IS (305g), which I plan to take, but that is quite a limiting lens. I have about 0.7kg of weight limits left over. It is not a hard limit, as I can try to reshuffle some stuff, but my Sigma is out of the question.

Given the night-time nature and lack of IBIS on my R5c, I'd prefer something with IS so I was leaning towards the RF 85mm f2 IS or the EF 85mm f1.4L IS; however I'm not well versed in the EF lens ecosystem so any suggestions are welcome.

Thank you!

Get a bright 85mm as you mention, but the 85/1.4L is indeed heavy, the RF 85/2 or EF 85/1.8 are good options. I use the latter for astrophotography which requires even more low light capability.
