I inherited a Minolta Dimage A2 from my daughter. Took it out for a trial run here is a few pics from it.

There not 3x pics of a bee's eye but not bad. They are straight out of the camera no processing.

I think a smaller aperture would improve depth of field and image detail.

If you are referring to photo one when you say bee,  that is a fly.  Look at the antenna.

I knew it was a fly just a little sarcasm because alot of macro shots are close up of bees eyes , insect eyes etc . Had to shoot wide open because the wind was blowing actually had a tornado touch down a few miles away a few hours after I shot these.

Wind is the natural enemy of the macro photographer.
