Maxxum's back on the menu..

but I won't exclude anyone with orc-talk like "boys" :7)

I picked up an a7.ii (in me-speak, an alpha-seven-beta) with 28-70mm lens. That's not reachy enough, so I added an old favorite (70-210 /3.5-4.5) and an old lust (100-300 Apo/D) to the mix, along with an la-ea3 adapter. The lenses were great bargains and the ea3 much less than the AF types; good enough for me, as I plan to use many manual lenses with the new/old camera.

Let the flashbacks roll!

Note the ea3 adapter on the 100-300 to make it look big

Re: Maxxum's back II..

Added a near-match 24-105/D with a focus grip like the 100-300. Never had that one either, but dyxum reviews are good. Amazing that I managed to resurrect my old ID there! Those two and a few primes will do nicely; thus far TTArtisan has supplied those (21+50mm) but I'll be watching for other Maxxi..
