Well I was going through some boxes we had stored in our old house , just moved to new one in August . Opened a box and there was a camera bag with a Dimage A2 , A200 , 3600 flash two converters and a battery grip . It was our daughter's she had left some of her stuff at our house years ago . Texted her and she said I could have it I guess I'm going to shoot some with them love CCD sensor cameras.

Sony Alpha DSLR-A200

Re: Dimage A2

The A2 is my favorite bridge camera, in fact I own two(just in case). Great lens and the ergonomics are fantastic.  Love the adjustable EVF.

Awesome, you are lucky to have such a generous daughter! The A2 is such a wonderful camera. I had wanted to get my DiMAGEs out this fall but a new job made me miss the peak of the season. Maybe I can find some color this weekend with my E323.

You're a lucky guy. The A2 was a great camera made by photographers for photographers.

Looking forward to seeing some pictures!

Re: Dimage A2

Hopefully I'll get a chance to use it this weekend.  Wish I had found it sooner we were in Eureka Springs last week and the trees were at their peak .

Nice cameras .

Enjoy your new cameras .

I have both of these , and although I like the advantages of the A2 more , better ergonomics , a nice tillable EVF , a better EVF , the option of using the vertical grip etc , I still prefer to use the A200 .

The main two advantages are the tilt swivel LCD which is great for low level shooting , especially close-ups , and the form factor of it allowing it to be more pocketable .

I look forward to seeing your results .
