is xt3 good for new user in 2023?

As you guys can see fuji already have XH2s, XH2, XT4/X-Pro3 . this higher end model.

I have never used any camera before I used to shot photos and videos on my phone. ( I actually know about Iso, f-stop, ss. I used those on my phone to shoot raw )

so I was thinking of xt3 because of the 10bit and 4k60, otherwise my budget allow xe4 or xs10.

if I buy xt3ww in 2023 is it going to be bad or something that I should concern. ( I will use this camera for portrait, landscape, and some street while I'm traveling ) also don't worry about IBIS because I might buy a gimble.

Hi Faysal

Of course the X-T3 is still a great camera, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Your selection depends on what you want. The X-E4 is smaller but offers less control buttons. The X-S10 offers IBIS, as you know, but is a PASM camera. All three have the same sensor, X-Trans IV which will now be replaced by the X-Trans V.

The X-T3 and the X-E3 are the cameras that keep me in the Fuji eco-system. They are very inexpensive used and offer great qualtiy and functionality. Not doing any video with them. But for stills, they are very good.

Xt3 - 4k 60, 10bit, uhs-ii memory card and more control.

Xs10 - IBIS but im going to buy a gimbal soon.

Write i just want to know is xt3 has any weakness between this two on Image Quality ?

But xt3 has 4k 60 10bit. I think they are good enough for video.

X-T3 is the most covenient camera I ever had. As long as IBIS is not a "must have" feature it should meet all your needs in reasonable price.

I've just bought H2s for better AF and speed, but never sell my X-T3.

I use an X-T10 in 2022 and am happy. The XT3 is even better. Get it. You have no worries.

I used to own X-E4 and now looking at X-T4 (due to the IBIS so I can do both photo and video for family vacation without using gimbal). I can tell you that the image quality (JPEG) from X-E4 is super, IMO. I assume X-T3 quality is the same as X-E4, at least ( I don't own X-T3). So if you use gimbal, then I think X-T3 would be ok. Otherwise, get X-E4 because it's compact and looks really nice. Many people complaints about X-E4 does not have many controls, but I can deal with it no problem.

The reason I sold X-E4 and not buying X-T3 is because of the lack of IBIS. I don't do vlog or panning, so X-T4 works well for me.

Yes.

The thing is if a camera produced good images three years ago it will produce the same good images in 2023. You don’t need IBIS since you are going to purchase a gimbal. Thus the XT4’s other major advantages, the larger grip and battery are the only reasons for purchasing this body. The XS-10 is smaller and lighter than the XT3. All of these bodies share the same sensor and engine so the images will look the same.

The only other questions are do you need to purchase the XH2, XH2S, or XT5 for their new sensor. If the answers are no, the XT3 I’ll suit you fine.

The lens is more important when it comes to image quality. The main differences between cameras/sensors in terms of image quality are noise and dynamic range. Although in this case all three cameras have the same type of sensor so there is no difference.

In a word; "Yes"!

It's a great camera. I actually have 2 of them. There's a reason it was selected as the best camera under $1500 in 2021.

If you serious on video, X-H2s more suitable due to internal supports Apple ProRes 422 HQ, ProRes 422, and ProRes 422 LT.

X-H2s and X-H2 is the only hybrid camera support Apple ProRes 422 LT.

X-H2s and X-H2 is the only hybrid camera support Apple ProRes 422 LT.

Apple ProRes are good codecs for postprocessing (editing, color grading) and for creation of the master original file when done. (Not LT version). The bitrates are crazy high (esp. HQ) and file sizes are tremendous.

For acquisition codec (in-camera) H.265 at 360+ Mbps 10 (or 12?) bits 4:2:2 is much more practical.

You need to be aware that a gimbal will not offer protection against blurring due to camera vibration / movement.
