Hello kcuik aka Ken60,

Not quite!

Have a find day and many more to follow, Alistair.

Apologies Ken 60,

It was martianphoto's photo of Bodmin Moor I had in mind.

Must pay more attention; as old school reports sometimes pointed out, Alistair.

The yarn-bombers have been at it again! This is the top of a postbox in Beverley, East Yorkshire, this morning.

My goodness. I'm late to the party - again. I was glued to the Sky News and BBC News livestreams when this thread started, and I found it today. I've been to the UK several times. Not sure I can name my all time favorite photos. In 2015 I visited the Palace of Holyroodhouse, in a bit of a hurry. I had just a short time before my train left. My goal was to visit and photograph the ruins of Holyrood Abbey which are on the palace grounds. I discovered that one has to go through the present-day Palace to get to the ruins, so I did a fast self-guided tour indoors before getting to the Abbey. In retrospect I'm glad I did. Here are a few of my photos of the Abbey ruins. It was a beautiful autumn day.

Holyrood Abbey.
