Full moon with R7 and RF 100-400

Thought I'd try out my new lens on tonight's full moon. The extreme light weight of this lens makes it so much easier to shoot the moon than with heavier lenses:

Veddy veddy  nice. But the actual full moon is tomorrow at 6:35 pm PDT...

looks good but moon is an awfully bright object and the highlights need to be toned down, imo. here is an example:
